Expanded V Day Support Options
We have expanded the support hours and staff to better assist you in resolving all cases for Valentine’s Day.
Reminder:
Please hit the “HELP” button on the right side of your screen to open any new support cases. A technical support may call you directly to follow up by phone in many cases.
If you receive a “support link” from a technical support person, please allow him to sign on within 30 minutes, otherwise the support link will expire and the case will go back to the bottom of the support queue.
Our staff is now on call 24/7 until February 15th to help escalate any mission critical support cases.
